The European Mentoring and Coaching Council is the largest coach organisation in the Netherlands (Nobco) and Europe. Also Nobco/EMCC have developed a competence framework:

3. Managing the Contract
4. Building the relationship
5. Enabling Insight and Learning
6. Outcome and Action Oriented
7. Use of Models and Techniques
8. Evalution

The Nobco/EMCC has four levels of credentialing:

1. Foundation Coach
2. Practitioner Coach
3. Senior Practitioner Coach
4. Master Practitioner Coach
